Why Remote Support?

When a machine begins behaving unexpectedly, it is often possible to understand the cause quickly by reviewing what the operator is seeing in real time.

Remote technical support allows operators to share photos, videos, or details of machine behaviour so the situation can be reviewed immediately. In many cases this makes it possible to guide operators through checks, identify potential causes, and determine the correct next steps without waiting for an on-site visit.

This approach helps resolve many issues faster and ensures that, if a service visit is required, it can be planned more effectively.

Remote support can help:

• Identify the cause of machine issues more quickly
• Reduce unnecessary production downtime
• Guide operators safely through diagnostic checks
• Assessing unusual machining results
• Operational guidance to achieve better results
• Confirm whether an on-site visit is required

Remote Support Session

£65 per hour

A remote support session allows machine issues to be reviewed and discussed directly with an operator. During the session, we can review machine behaviour, look at photos or videos, and guide operators through checks where appropriate.

Support sessions may take place via:

• WhatsApp
• Phone call
• Video call

Minimum charge: 1 hour

If an issue cannot be resolved remotely and an on-site visit is required, normal service rates will apply.
