What’s included in a Service & Diagnostic Visit
A standard service and diagnostic visit is designed to assess machine condition, identify faults, and help restore reliable operation.
Each visit includes:
Preventative Maintenance
Cleaning and lubrication of key components to support smooth operation and reduce wear.
Inspection
Mechanical and electrical checks to assess overall machine condition.
Functional Testing
Operational checks, including test cuts where applicable, to evaluate machine performance.
Fault Identification
Investigation of reported issues and identification of potential faults or underlying causes.
Service Feedback & Reporting
Clear feedback on findings, including any faults, wear, or recommended next steps, provided verbally and/or in a written report.
Follow-up Repair Credit
If additional repair work is required after the initial visit, part of the diagnostic cost may be credited towards the repair.
Typically, £130 of the service fee can be applied to follow-up labour, provided the work is booked within 14 days.
This helps avoid paying twice for diagnosing the same issue and ensures a clear path from fault finding to repair.
