Machine Diagnostics and Repairs
When a machine develops a fault or begins behaving unexpectedly, structured diagnostics are used to identify the root cause before repairs are carried out.
This may include investigation of mechanical components, sensors, calibration issues, or system behaviour to restore normal machine operation.
Emergency and weekend call-outs may be available for urgent production issues, subject to availability.
What’s included
Each repair process typically involves:
Structured Diagnostics
Investigation of the reported issue to identify the cause of the fault.
Mechanical & Electrical Checks
Assessment of key components, sensors, and system behaviour.
Functional Testing
Testing machine operation to confirm faults and verify performance.
Repair Work
Where possible, faults are rectified on-site following diagnosis.
Clear Feedback & Next Steps
Explanation of findings, required work, and any recommendations moving forward.
What to expect
Machine faults are not always immediately visible and may require investigation to fully understand.
In many cases, issues can be identified and resolved during the visit.
However, some faults may require:
• additional time
