Machine Diagnostics and Repairs

When a machine develops a fault or begins behaving unexpectedly, structured diagnostics are used to identify the root cause before repairs are carried out.

This may include investigation of mechanical components, sensors, calibration issues, or system behaviour to restore normal machine operation.
Emergency and weekend call-outs may be available for urgent production issues, subject to availability.

On-site diagnostics start from a £250. Labour, travel, and parts will affect cost and will be confirmed when arranging the visit.

Operator Training

Training sessions are designed to help operators understand correct machine setup, operation, and best practices when working with DCR equipment.

Training can be delivered as a full-day session for new operators or a shorter refresher session for existing staff.
